Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the doomoo aftercare webshop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Your order will arrive within 5-7 working days after it's been placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order placed during our annual vacation (from 1 to 15 August & from 24 to 31 December) can only be processed after this period.

Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation within the next few days and you will be able to follow your parcel.

Customs, duties, and taxes

doomoo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer

Damages

doomoo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team (shop@doomoo.com) within 2 working days to file a claim. Hidden flaws must be reported within 30 days of their discovery, and in any case not more than 90 days after delivery. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
